Definitely Dead

Monday, February 05, 2007
I've got a week to write a partial and synopsis for the follow up to NOT QUITE DEAD featuring one of the secondary characters. So I've been brainstorming today and have come up with a few things.

Meet Richard St Ivraie:

And Genny Rose (christened Eugenie Róisín) Landry:

Now all I have to do is write the damn book.

So excited for you!

That model (the woman) is driving me crazy. Is that an old picture? Is it an actress? For some reason, it reminds me of a younger version of the actress who played Kate on NCIS. I think she was Jack's older sister on Dawson's Creek (not that I admit to watching Dawson's Creek, although my husband freely admits to it...)

It's Mia Sara -- she was Ferris Bueller's girlfriend, she was in Labyrinth with David Bowie and Tom Cruise (before he went nuts) and she also played Merle Oberon in one of those over-the-top 80s miniseries called Queenie.

Hi Sela, I'm out surfing and playing catch-up visiting everyone. And what a nice breath of fresh air coming here to see you're doing so well, and, with a new looking blog. Congrats on the story successes, let's hope there are many more. :-)

Hey Alexandra! I do still pop over to your blog occasionally -- like you, I think, I play catch-up in spurts these days.

Thank you so much! It's been a very busy year for me already, with no end in sight, but I am definitely not complaining!

And yes, I love my new blog. I had my whole website redone recently and my lovely and talented webdesigner made my blog beautiful, too!

That's Mia Farrow, isn't it? Wow, she's gorgeous. The epitomy of the classic beauty.

Close, Faith! It's Mia Sara. She is beautiful in that sultry waif kind of way.

Waif-like girl? What girl?
Who's the hottie you've dubbed Richard St Ivraie?
Tell me more about him. :)

Paul Gross! I've been crushing on him since he played that hot Mountie in Due South. TBS runs it every few years and I'm waiting until they do it again. *sigh* He's sooooo cute!

*ahem* Girly squee moment over. It's safe for the grown-ups to come back in now.

Aha! Mia Sara! Right!!!! Sloane Peterson in Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

GREAT movie.
